Q: What is Internet Banking?
A: Internet Banking is a tool that allows you to use a personal computer or mobile device with an Internet connection to conduct your banking online.
Q: What can I do with Internet Banking?
A: You can view account balances and transaction history, transfer money, and download transactions to a personal financial manager and much more. Check out the Internet Banking Demo to see all the features of Internet Banking and how you can personalize your online banking experience.
Q: Is any of my personal information stored in the Internet Banking product?
A: Yes, the Internet Banking product stores your User ID, password and user preferences.
Q: How current is my banking information?
A: Online banking is "live" and transactions to your account should be visible almost immediately.
Q: What accounts will I be able to access through Internet Banking?
A: You can access your checking, savings, CD, and loan accounts from the Internet Banking service. Our Internet Banking Product is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.
Q: How much account information can I view at once?
A: The system will automatically show the last 30 days of transactions and information. However, you can change the date range by selecting a custom date from the drop down menu on the account page.
Q: Can I view my statements online?
A: Yes, in online banking, go to Additional Services, then click "e-Statements" to view statements online. If this is your first time, you will need to accept the disclosure in order to see your statement. From there, choose the account and the desired statement cycle.
Q: In what formats can I download my transaction history?
A: Internet Banking supports downloads to Quicken™, Microsoft Money™ or as a comma-delimited text file. For your convenience, we offer Money Management as a tool included in Online Banking.
Q: Can I schedule future transfers?
A: Yes, you can schedule future and/or recurring transfers.
Q: When can I use Internet Banking services?
A: With Internet Banking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Q: How long can I be inactive before being logged out of the Internet Banking product?
A: If you are inactive more than 10 minutes, you will be logged out of Online Banking.
Q: What is required to use the Internet Banking service?
A: All you need to use Internet Banking is a secure browser that supports 128 bit encryption, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer®, Safari and Firefox. You can use any computer or mobile device that has Internet access.
Q: How do I access Internet Banking?
A: You must first complete the Internet Banking registration form and submit it to us. Once your registration is received we will process your request. Once approved you will use the user name and password you registered with to access the service for the first time. You must have an existing checking, savings or loan account before banking online.
Q: Can I create my own password that is easy for me to remember?
A: Yes, during registration you will be creating your own username and password for Online Banking.
Q: What happens if I forget or lose my password?
A: Contact the eBranch at 812-234-4864 to have your password reset or you can use the self-serve forgot password feature on our homepage.
Q: Can I create savings goals in Online Banking?
A: Yes, you can create goals by using our Goal Builder tool to create savings goals for big purchases, education, or a dream vacation.
Q: Does Goal Builder move money between my accounts?
A: No, Goal Builder does not actually move funds from one account to another. Goal Builder uses one account and allows you to assign a role to the funds designated in that account.
Q: If I withdraw funds from my Goal Builder account, will my goal be impacted?
A: Yes, withdrawing funds from a Goal Builder account will show that you have more set aside than what the account balance is.
