Report a Lost or Stolen Card
If your THSB Mastercard® Debit Card has been lost or stolen, please contact our 24 hour Card Self Service Center at 1-800-472-3272 or contact The Hometown Savings Bank at 812-234-4864 during regular business hours.
If your THSB Visa Debit Card has been lost or stolen, please contact our 24 hour Lost and Stolen Card Center at 1-800-791-2525 or contact The Hometown Savings Bank at 217-446-3854

Consumer Debit Cards
Your THSB Mastercard Debit Card is your on-the-go access to your accounts. You will be able make purchases at merchants and withdraw funds and make deposits from most ATM’s. These transactions will clear directly from your THSB Checking Account.
Your card will support EMV® Chip Technology to help combat card present debit card fraud. In addition to EMV Chip Technology, your card will support mobile payments and contactless payments at supported terminals.
THSB also offers Visa Debit Cards from our Danville, Illinois branch only. This card will support EMV® Chip Technology to help combat card present debit card fraud.

Health Savings Debit Card
Having the right tools to pay for your qualified medical expenses is important. The Hometown Savings Bank offers a Mastercard Health Savings Debit Card linked directly to your Health Savings Account.
Supporting EMV Chip Technology, you can use your card at your doctor’s office, pharmacy, and other merchants to make qualified purchases.

EMV Chip Technology
The Hometown Savings Bank is utilizing the latest technology to help chip away at fraudulent transactions. This technology generates a unique, one-time transaction verification. This technology is accepted worldwide and reduces the chances of your card information becoming compromised in a merchant data breach.
Contactless Payments
The Hometown Savings Bank now supports contactless MasterCard Debit Cards! Contactless cards allow you to “Tap and go™” at supported merchant terminals that display the contactless payment symbol. When ready, simply tap your card to the terminal to complete your purchase.

If you receive a THSB Consumer debit card, the daily limit will be $505.00 for ATM withdraws and $1000.00 for Point-of-Sale purchases. If you desire a change in this limit, please come into one of our banking centers to speak to a customer service representative and sign an ATM/Debit Card Modification form. You will be notified if this request has been accepted or denied.
++Business Debit Card
If you have received a THSB Business debit card, the daily limit will be $505.00 for ATM withdrawals and $1000.00 for POS debit card purchases. If you desire a change in this limit, please come into one of our banking centers to speak to a customer service representative and sign an ATM/Debit Card Modification form. You will be notified if this request has been accepted or denied.
+++Health Savings Debit Card
If you have received a THSB Health Savings debit card, the daily limit will be $205.00 for ATM withdrawals and $5000.00 for POS debit card purchases. If you desire a change in this limit, please come into one of our banking centers to speak to a customer service representative and sign an ATM/Debit Card Modification form. You will be notified if this request has been accepted or denied.

If you have received a THSB ATM card, the daily limit will be $505.00 for ATM withdrawals. This card cannot be used to make purchases at merchants.
