Q: My card has been lost or stolen, what should I do?
A: Upon becoming aware of the loss or theft of your card, contact The Hometown Savings Bank at 812-234-4864. We can replace your card by visiting one of our convenient banking locations.
Q. The Bank is closed, how do I report my lost or stolen debit card?
A: Contact our after hours Card Processing Center at 1-800-472-3272 and visit a THSB Banking location to replace your card.
Q. I’m traveling soon, can I use my card while traveling?
A: YES! Contact our eBranch Customer Engagement Center at 888-245-1929 to let us know you are traveling! We will flag your THSB Debit Card of your travel dates so you can relax and enjoy your trip!
Q: I need to make a purchase greater than my current Debit Card limit; how do I do that?
A: Contact our eBranch Customer Engagement Center at 888-245-1929 to temporarily raise the daily spending limit on your debit card so you can make your purchase.
Q: Can I raise my debit card limit outside normal bank hours?
A: No, please contact the eBranch Customer Engagement Center at 812-234-4864 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturday to adjust your debit card limits.
Q: What transactions affect my daily spending limit on my THSB Debit Card?
A: THSB limits are daily. A transaction will only affect the limit the day the card was processed with the merchant. Transactions that are pending do not affect the daily limit on any day after the charge was made.
